Regulations:
Guests shall use the apartments, common use areas, and facilities with due care and diligence.
During the stay all Guests, both inside and outside the apartment are obliged to respect the tranquillity of others and avoid making irritating noise as much as possible.
Quiet hours: Monday – Sunday, 22:00 to 09:00 h.
Parties and outside guests are FORBIDDEN.
Please do not smoke in the apartment. If you decide to smoke, do it on the terrace or outside. Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the street or patio.
Help us to save energy! If you leave the apartment for a while, please make sure that you turned off the lights, air conditioner and heater.
Help us to save water! Please, do not exaggerate the consumption of water! If you leave the apartment for a while, please make sure that you have closed all the taps.
If you are going to spend some time out from the apartment, please close all the exterior doors and windows.
Do not leave the key in the lock. Please always lock the apartment door securely behind you and remember to always close the main building door as well.
Please do not overload the elevator (in case that the apartment has one). Do not use it for more than 4 people (or 2 people + 2 suitcases).
Please do not leave the garbage in the apartment when you check out. You can leave it in a bag on the street.
Please remember that the check-out time is before 11.00 h. as we need to clean the apartment prior to the next check-in.
Any breach of the regulations stated above will cause either a fine or an immediate eviction from the apartment.
Deposits and Refunds:
Visit All the World requires a deposit to hold your reservation. The deposit amount depends on the length of your stay, the number of people, and the season.
The payment can be executed either via Visa or MasterCard or via a bank transfer.
For short-term reservations (4 days and less) and at the time of great events and festivals (Christmas, Easter, Merce Festival etc.) we require a 100% upfront payment via Visa or MasterCard.
For a damage deposit, we require a signed Visa or MasterCard slip, which will be destroyed if the apartment is returned in good conditions.
Failure to pay before or upon arrival makes it impossible to check-in to any apartment.
